JBFC Football Saturday Club returns after Lockdown 2

After a month of lockdown, football will be back in Great Horkesley, Colchester in December.

With the Government’s Covid-19 restrictions easing, and Essex and Suffolk moving into ‘Tier 2’ from Wednesday 2 December, we are delighted to confirm that JBFC Football Saturday Club returns to Jubilee Field in Tile House Lane on SATURDAY 5 DECEMBER.

When the autumn term was brought to a halt last month, we had three sessions remaining. They will now all take place in the three weeks leading up to Christmas.

The remaining session dates for the current term will be;

⚽Saturday 5 December
⚽Saturday 12 December
⚽Saturday 19 December

Session times will remain the same as before lockdown for each group: 9am-10am, 10am-11am and 11am-12noon.

We will be contact with parents next week with a reminder of the term re-start and also provide any further details that we might need to share regarding the Covid-19 situation and risk assessments, etc. Those details will also be posted on this page, so please check back next week.

New Saturday Club term in 2021

Details for the next new term, which will begin in January, will be confirmed in due course. Current players will always get the opportunity to re-register ahead of new recruits.
