JBFC Kids is currently seeking to fill two football coaching jobs in Colchester and is recruiting for new positions within the Saturday Club sessions for 4 to 11 year olds and its Development Team set-up.
The two football coaching jobs below could both be filled by one person, if appropriate;
Saturday Club Kids Football Coach: Competitive rates of pay
With the new Spring 2018 term due to start in April, the new coach will be required to work every Saturday morning, 8.45am-12.15pm, from 14 April to 14 July in Great Horkesley, near Colchester. They will work with two other coaches and be responsible for delivering football coaching sessions and developing young players aged from 4 to 11 years old in a fun and friendly environment in line with the JBFC philosophy and coaching session plans.
JBFC Development Team Coach/Manager: Voluntary
In association with Boxted Lodgers Youth FC, JBFC currently runs an U10s development team and is looking to expand this, introducing at least one other team next season in the U9s/U8s age groups, playing in the Colchester & District Youth League. The new coach, or coaches, will be responsible for coaching and managing the team for training sessions (midweek as agreed) and on matchdays (Sunday). Players will be recruited from the current JBFC Saturday Club pool, and the team will be developed in line with the overall JBFC principles and philosophies.
The ideal candidates will have experience of coaching children and possess an FA Coach’s Licence to Level 2 (Level One candidates will be considered). An up to date CRC disclosure, as well as FA Safeguarding and First Aid certificates, are must haves.
JBFC offer competitive rates of pay for the Saturday Club coach, depending on experience, with further opportunity to develop and expand the role.
